Effective immediately, I am resigning my position as a salesperson at {name of dealership}.
The structure of the dealership, along with the inefficiency and lack of professionalism from the management, have made for a terrible work environment. In addition, the pay structure and commission system is archaic at best, and it makes it not worth it to even show up for work at all.
