Please accept my resignation as of the end of this pay period, March 31.
I've enjoyed being a clerk at ABC Supermarket, but my family situation has changed and the hours and conditions no longer work for me. I've secured a 9-to-5 position at XYZ Widgets.
I'll miss the team, especially the Wacky Morning Stock Crew. I hope I have earned emeritus status and will still be invited to the company picnics. See you on the other side of the register!
